I attended Accuvision in 2002, the prescription i had at the time was minus twelve, extreme short sight. I did not think anything could be done for such a severe condition. How wrong i was, now over twelve years on my vision is still excellent. The administration team and clinical team are true professionals, every question and concern are met with detailed answers, with no pressure to commit. I was treated two years ago and the vision I have today is the best I ever had. I was shortsighted and mostly used contact lenses to see. It was always difficult when I was swimming in the sea. So I wanted to be free of contact lenses. The treatment lasted a few minutes and there was no pain at all. I was very nervous before it but I could see very clear immediately after the treatment. There was no reason for being nervous before the treatment as the team were really nice to me. After 2 years no one can see that my eyes have been treated including my optician. The cornea is perfect. It was well worth doing the treatment and I am very happy.

 I had laser eye surgery at Accuvision London in 2005 and I was very pleased with the results at that time. Unfortunately, I later developed cataracts and had to have these removed to regain my vision in 2010. As a result I had to wear glasses once again.
I came back to Accuvision London a week ago (aged 68) to find out if I could have treatment to reduce my dependency on glasses once again. I was found suitable and had the surgery a week ago. I am delighted with the results. The service is excellent and the surgery went better than I had hoped. 
My vision is now very good again and I don’t need glasses!

 I would just like to thank Accuvision for a truly outstanding example of customer service I have experienced. Deciding which laser eye surgery clinic to choose was a scary situation to be faced with. I did my research and came across Accuvision in Wetherby. The clinic was very modern, clean and professional which was very encouraging. Simon, the optometrist, introduced himeself in such a friendly and approachable mannaer which really put me at ease. 
We discussed my surgery in great detail, even drawing pictures and diagrams to help me understand the science, I was amazed.
Simon spent a long time with me, asking me many important questions to understand why I wanted to have the surgery and gave me all the options to ensure I was making the right decision.
The service was very personalised, caring and informative. I felt very safe and confident I had made the right choice. The whole procedure was actually enjoyable and facinating. I couldn’t believe how simple and quick it was on the day. The surgeon was very calm and reassuring. I experienced no pain at all throughout the whole process.
When returning for the follow-up checks again the service and care was outstanding.

I had been wearing glasses for 25 years to help with my -3.75 myopia and -2.00 astigmatism, before going to see Vikash and the team at Accuvision. Vikash explained the whole process to me step by step, explained how certain parts of the procedure would feel so that nothing would come as a surprise. The technology they have is excellent at showing you the before and after conditions, showing you what really has been done during the process. The aftercare has been top notch, someone to talk to or go to see about any questions at short notice. The whole team is very welcoming and patient! If you want to get your eyes corrected then this is the place to go. 

Laser eye treatment is something I have always wanted but doubts in the back of my mind held me back. I booked a consultation and from the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was well looked after. I had my consultation with Simon who did a thorough check of my eyes and then went through the procedure if I went ahead. I was not pressured into having it done at all as I have heard some other clinics do. I was told to think about it but decided there and then to go ahead with the treatment.
On the day of the treatment, i was very nervous and was soon put at ease by the surgeon who again was fantastic. I had the treatment done which was pain free and though I was always told this by others never believed it until I had it done. I cant believe that I did not get this done sooner and the best decision I have made in my life.
The results are fantastic, recovery time was a day and then I was back to doing normal day to day activites and my sight, I couldnt believe my eyes but I could actually see. A very bigh thank you to Simon and the team. You were all absolutely superb

 Very professional service, great friendly staff who are not pushy but  very informative about the laser eye surgery procedure. They confirmed that they would be able to treat my myopia and astigmatism. On surgery day the team kept me calm during the surgery.
