Have been short sighted from the age of around 10. Have always been told I need to wear glasses as my eyes were very short sighted but was very self conscious about wearing glasses and contact lenses always irritated my Eyes.
Booked a free consultation and was suggested to have the tans-epi procedure. The following week I was booked in for treatment. Within the first 3 days of treatment my eyes were alot better.
I’m 6 days post surgery now and I’m 80% recovered and my eyes are near perfect. Have been told that they should be 20/20 and beyond within a couple more days.
I couldn’t be happier and glad I went ahead with the laser correction. The staff were spot on and very friendly and couldn’t ask for better. Thankyou for everything and I can now enjoy seeing in what it seems like 4k vision.

I should have had the treatment a long time ago but that said it was more affordable when I chose to have it done.

I had the Lasik procedure in October 2014, and the results have been fantastic. Before I had the laser eye surgery, I always had to wear glasses or contact lenses, and I also suffered with dry eyes. My main concern when I was considering laser surgery was that it would make my eyes even dryer. Thankfully, it did the opposite. As I no longer need contact lenses, my eyes do not suffer the irritation they used to, and are so much more comfortable. My eyesight is great – I can see clearly all the time and the results exceeded my expectations. The staff at the London clinic are friendly and informative. All the available options were clearly explained to me at the consultation, and on the day of the surgery I felt in safe hands. The procedure itself is over very quickly – it lasted maybe 5 minutes. There was some slight discomfort for the few days after, but this was to be expected and it was very mild. Once the protective contact lenses were taken off, I could really start to appreciate how good my eyesight was, and it continued improving whilst my eyes adjusted. If you are thinking about laser eye surgery, from my personal experience I would highly recommend Accuvision based on the care before, during and after the surgery. I’m enjoying being free from glasses and contact lenses, which I never thought I would be.

I have been long sighted since the age of around 3 yrs. At the age of 9 I have a squint corrected and since then have worn glasses every day. When I reached my teenage years I tried contact lenses but have never really got on with them too much. A work colleague recently had laser surgery and highly recommended I looked into it. I initially went to another high street company and was turned away, saying my long sight and astigmatism wasn’t suitable for laser surgery and they recommended lens replacement. Due to the high cost of this I decided to give it some further thought rather than making an immediate decision. I went back to the internet to try and find an alternative company and that’s where Accuvision come into play. I have to admit I was sceptical at first as I knew my eye sight was very poor with a prescription of +3.5 and +5.75 with astigmatism. I was happily told by optometrist Vik that they could achieve a good outcome with laser surgery using the corneal flap procedure as well. So now I am three weeks post op and my vision is fantastic. I was extremely nervous on the day but the staff put me at ease. I have to be honest and say the part of the procedure where they lift the corneal flap wasn’t pleasant but it was in no way painful and was over in a few seconds. The sucking sensation on the eye is a strange feeling but the laser part of the procedure is easy peesy !. The whole procedure for both eye took about ten minutes. The following few days my eyes were a bit red and sore and felt a bit dry, but I had no urge to rub or touch my eyes at all. The following day on the post op consultation my eyes were healing well and my prescription was +1.0 in both eyes !!. Three weeks on and my prescription is zero in one eye and only 0.75 in the other. I’ve worn glasses and struggled with my vision for nearly 40 years, my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. I had laser eye surgery almost 3 weeks ago and have been delighted with the care I received from Simon Falk and the team in Wetherby. The procedure itself took literally minutes and the surgical team were hugely reassuring, putting me at ease immediately, and talking me through every step. They gave me total confidence in trusting them with my eyes and the whole procedure was quick and totally painfree. Aftercare has been excellent with two follow up appointments so far and another booked in a couple of weeks, it’s a very personal service. Overall I can’t believe how quickly my eyes have recovered, it’s been a really good experience.

Very positive experience, I was really short sighted and now have 20:20 visions. The consultation, treatment and aftercare were all great and the staff were all exceptionally helpful, supportive and friendly. They were recommended to me and would recommend to others myself. Having corrective laser eye surgery is, without doubt, one of the best things I’ve ever done and I’m incredibly grateful for the superb team in Fulham for their care. Corrective eye surgery has significantly improved the quality of my life in ways I’d not imagined and being able to see when I wake up is a complete joy! Prior to surgery I had a -10 and -11 prescription and had worn glasses and/or lenses since I was a child. I’d been declined surgery elsewhere because of my strong prescription and the thinness of my cornea, so I was overwhelmed when Accuvision said they could help me. I now have what must be virtually 20:20 vision with no need at all for lenses or glasses, which still blows my mind even now, three months post surgery. I am very grateful to the Accuvision team in Fulham whose service and care was absolutely first rate.

I have just had my 1 week follow up after the procedure, and I am delighted with the results. All the staff that I dealt with were lovely, both friendly and professional but more importantly careful, diligent and understanding. I now have better than 20/20 vision and can say goodbye to glasses and contacts which is wonderful.
