Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Update to Services
Patient care and safety are at the core of our ethos and we continue to update managing our services in line with current guidance from the Government, Public Health England, relevant Regulatory and Professional bodies.
At present, there may be a delay to non-urgent procedures and any appointments falling under routine care. If your treatment is deemed urgent or medically necessary, this will be arranged at the earliest possible time with appropriate assessment of risk on a case by case basis.
For existing patients:
- If you already had an appointment scheduled one of the team will be in touch with you in due course to assess whether this is best deferred to keep in line with social distancing and safety guidelines.
- If you have undergone treatment with us recently and wish to query any aspect of your ongoing care, our Clinical Team remain available to guide you on appropriate steps. We can be reached on 0330 123 2020 or email@example.com
For new patients:
- Any queries relating to vision correction treatments will be dealt with by the Clinical Team but you may not be able to attend the clinic for a routine physical examination or assessment until current guidelines change.
