The BEST Value Money Can Buy!
Accuvision are aware of the confusion over laser eye surgery cost in the UK. We have always operated a policy where our laser eye surgery costs for all our treatments are the best value you will find in the UK. This is because we include our highly experienced surgical team, all Wavefront diagnostics and all aftercare in the laser eye surgery cost. We do not charge extra in our laser eye surgery costs for any treatment that we feel will provide you with the very best outcome for your future vision, unlike the high street clinics.
This is best demonstrated using independent customer feedback from the main laser eye surgery clinics in the UK who have reported the cost of treatment and level of customer satisfaction based on a score of 1 to 5.

The combination of the highly experienced surgeons, a dedicated clinical team, the very latest leading edge technology and the highly competitive prices, (no matter what the prescription) make our service unbeatable value.

Laser Eye Surgery Price Match Policy
Laser eye surgery prices vary greatly in the UK. High street clinics are now trying to charge over £4,000 for regular treatment. Others entice you with laser eye surgery prices of £395 per eye, only to announce at the end of your consultation that they are recommending laser eye surgery at a price of over £3,000.
If you have already been to another clinic for a laser eye surgery consultation and have a written quotation, Accuvision will try to match the laser eye surgery prices you have been quoted for the same or similar treatment plan. In most cases we will offer a better laser eye surgery price for your prescription.
Many clinics are now advertising unrealistic pricing on TV, in the press and in regular emails and letters (the bait and switch tactic). We understand that you are just trying to find out the very best solution for your vision through laser eye surgery and to be offered it at an affordable price without any sales pressure.
That is why more and more people are now travelling from around the UK to our clinics to take advantage of our laser eye surgery pricing, treatment and aftercare that can save you thousands of pounds.
Remember, all our laser eye surgery pricing will include all wavefront guided, customised or topography guided options, if required as there is no compromise at Accuvision on your future vision.

Wavefront Optimised LASIK Costs
Some laser technologies induce aberrations (irregularities) on the corneal shape profile during treatment. The WaveLight laser platform at Accuvision uses special calculations (nomograms) to prevent these aberrations and so helps to achieve better visual quality from the treatment.
The WaveLight Allegretto Eye-Q laser uses high resolution data to produce much larger, more uniform treatment zones, thereby vastly improving night vision. It also enables treatment for patients with large pupils with utmost efficacy.
The cost of Wavefront Optimised LASIK/Epi-LASIK will be determined at your FREE consultation.

Customised Guided Wavefront Costs
High resolution data maps can also be incorporated into the custom treatment plan to correct for specific 'higher order aberrations'. Again the emphasis is on improving the visual quality beyond standard treatment.
The cost of Customised Guided Wavefront LASIK/Epi-LASIK will be determined at your FREE consultation.

Topography Guided LASIK Costs
The corneal topographer is an instrument that measures the corneal shape and contour. Topography guided LASIK uses the resulting corneal contour map to guide the laser pattern, thereby correcting distortions on the cornea.
This is especially useful for patients with corneal abnormalities and in the rare case that a patient requires remedial procedures after previous standard LASIK treatment.
The cost of Topography Guided LASIK/Epi-LASIK will be determined at your FREE consultation.

Trans-Epithelial Surface Treatment Costs
We are now using the Allegretto laser to perform true 'all laser/no flap' vision correction procedures which we call Trans-Epithelial Surface Treatment. This is essentially a 'no touch' procedure. Trans-Epithelial Surface Treatment is an advanced form of surface laser treatment.
Trans-Epithelial Surface Treatment is performed in two stages. Firstly, the laser is used to remove the corneas surface layer (epithelium) with pinpoint accuracy and regularity. Secondly, the laser is programmed to remove exactly the right amount of corneal stromal tissue to achieve the shape change required to improve your vision. Following treatment a bandage contact lens is placed over the cornea for a few days as the epithelial layer heals.
The cost of Trans-Epithelial Surface Treatment will be determined at your FREE consultation.

Monovision Presbyopia Treatment Costs
As the lens inside the eye hardens through age, we lose the ability to focus our vision for close activities such as reading. This condition is known as presbyopia.
You may choose to undergo a 'Monovision' procedure. This will correct your dominant eye for distance vision and the other for near vision without the need for spectacles. Monovision offers the best chance of reduced dependence on spectacles for most situations.
The cost of 'Monovision' treatment will be determined at your FREE consultation.

Other Services On Offer
CK (Conductive Keratoplasty)
As we get older, beyond the age of 40 focusing on near objects becomes more difficult. CK is a minimally invasive, non-laser treatment that helps overcome age related longsightedness.
Offering an alternative to the 'Monovision' laser procedure for those people with very good distance vision, this treatment uses radio waves to shrink and tighten fibres in the cornea, re-shaping it to improve near vision.
The cost of CK treatment will be determined at your FREE consultation.
We also offer the following vision correction solutions:
- Implantable contact lenses (ICL's)
- Intra Ocular Lenses (IOL's)
- Cataract treatment
- Keratoconus treatment
- Corneal Collagen Cross-linking (C3-R®)
- NeuroVision treatment for 'Lazy Eye' (Amblyopia)
Please contact us for a free consultation concerning these treatments.
