To enter the prize draw to win 1 of 10 pairs of cinema tickets or laser eye surgery to the value of £4,000 just give your vote to each of our 3 'Love at First Sight' short films by completing the pop-up form in full. All fully completed entries will be placed into the draw to win 1 0f 10 pairs of cinema tickets or the laser eye surgery to the value of £4,000.
Closing date for entries is 31st January 2011. Prize winners will be informed by email before the 28th February 2011. Terms and conditions form part of the rules. Treatments can only be given to eligible and suitable persons over the age of 20 years. Treatment is not transferable. Prize is only for bi-lateral laser eye surgery. The prize has no cash value.
